ORDER

Challenging the action of the respondents in trying to interfere with the duties of the members of the petitionerUnion vide impugned order dated 12.05.2004, the present writ petition is filed.

This Court on 10-08-2004 granted interim suspension of the impugned order.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in pursuance of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the respondents are at liberty to utilize the services of its employees in accordance with rules and regulations. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
