ORDER

Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not releasing the power supply to the subject property of the petitioner, and in insisting for production of 'Occupancy Certificate' from Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents - Southern Power Distribution Company Ltd., of Telangana and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation.

All the learned counsel submit that the subject matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.No.9179 of 2019 dated 26.04.2019, and hence the same may be disposed of in terms of the said order.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, and for the reasons alike in the order in the above stated writ petition, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the subject property of the petitioner, subject to compliance of terms and conditions of supply and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the Occupancy Certificate from the concerned Municipality/Municipal Corporation, within a period of six months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within

such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
