THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by order dated 03-03-2016 in O.A.No. 916 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad.

2. At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services (A.P.) has fairly conceded that the facts and issues raised in the present Writ Petition are identical to that in W.P.No. 15907 of 2016 and that, by order dated 03-062016, this Court has disposed of the said Writ Petition in terms of order dated 18-03-2016 in W.P.No. 8690 of 2016 which also involved identical facts and issues.

3. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms

of order dated 18-03-2016 in W.P.No. 8690 of 2016 which in turn was incorporated in order dated 03-06-2016 in W.P.No. 15907 of 2016.

4. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 28411 of 2016 shall stand closed as infructuous.
