This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenging the registration of F.I.R.No.116/2009 dated 28.11.2009, on the file of Jaladanki Police Station, Nellore District.

2. When the matter is called today, a copy of the order in W.P.No.27154/2009 dated 24.01.2012 passed by this Court is placed on record. In the said writ petition, the registration of case in Crime No. 113/2009 by the respondents therein under Section 431 I.P.C read with Section 34 I.P.C and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 was under challenge.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the said writ petition was filed by the petitioner herein wherein an identical issue was under challenge. This Court dismissed the said writ petition filed by the writ petitioner herein.
