Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.V.L.Surendra and the Assistant Government Pleader for 3rd respondent.

The petitioner challenges proceedings dated 11.02.2008 whereunder the 3rd respondent appointed Part Time Person-In-Charge under Section 32 (7)(a) of the APCS Act,1964. On 21.04.2008, the proceeding was stayed by this Court.

Sri V.L. Surendra counsel for petitioner submits that on account of subsequent resolutions of the general body of the Society, the petitioner is continuing as the President of 4th respondent Society. On instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader admits that the petitioner is continuing as the President of 4th respondent Society. Through the impugned proceeding, Part Time Person-In-Charge was appointed. From the above, it is clear that the petitioner is now working as President and the purpose of appointing Part Time Person In-Charge has substantially worked out. The interim order granted on 21.04.2008 is made as final order and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. It is needless to observe that if the 3rd respondent intends and is authorized, can conduct elections in accordance with law.
