ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in proceeding with the construction of public toilets of Pay and use in between the petitioners' residential houses situated near Nagulakatta in between Ward Nos.30 and 31, Swamy Nagar of Kurnool Town and District as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the case, Mr. G.Sekhar Reddy,

learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.53148 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
