Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to say that the disciplinary authority shall conclude the disciplinary action initiated against the petitioner within a reasonable period, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the disciplinary authority does not conclude the enquiry within the stipulated period, the petitioner stands reinstated. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
