When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking a direction to consider their cases for promotion and this Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 24.12.2003 to consider their cases in accordance with law, and in view of the said interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 2.

This Court, having considered the above submission of the learned counsel for petitioners, is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
