HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.45329 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.92 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vemulawada.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the stage of the proceedings, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C.

At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner prayed that the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court may be dispensed with. 5.

In view of the above submission, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when his presence is specifically insisted by the trial Court. The petitioner is directed to be represented by a Counsel before the trial Court on all hearing dates. 6.
