Heard the counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, for respondent nos.1 to 3, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent nos.4 and 6, and Sri G. Narender Reddy, counsel for 5th respondent. 2.

The petitioners' grievance is that the respondents have not included the habitations of Parvathipuram presently under Sakhapuram Gram Panchayat and Rajannagudem Gram Panchayat in the proposed Parvathipuram Gram Panchayat in spite of representations.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to give a fresh representation to all the respondents in this regard; and within six (06) weeks of submission of the said representation, the respondents shall dispose of the same and communicate their decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
