It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has taken away bundle from his office about an year back along with no objection and he has no instructions in the matter.

From the perusal of the record it is seen that the petitioner has not engaged any other counsel. From this it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
