THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI SECOND APPEAL No.373 of 2000 JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the sole appellant died long time back. Since no steps are taken for bringing the legal representatives, if any, of the deceased sole appellant on record, the appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated.

2. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
