This Writ Petition is filed questioning the tender notification dated 02.03.2013 for engaging the workers on contract basis for sanitation for a period of twelve (12) months from 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014. As the period of tender has already expired, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
