HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2288 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared for the respondent nor a counter-affidavit is filed. The case of the petitioner is that her husband while working as Helper (non-technical) died on 05.01.2007. In the circumstance, the petitioner being the wife and studied up to 5th Class submitted a representation on 20.03.2007 seeking appointment on compassionate grounds and when no reply was given nor any order of appointment was given to her, the present writ petition was filed.

The petitioner did not file the rules of the Corporation relating to the appointment on compassionate grounds. Be that as it may, in view of the pendency of the application of the petitioner dated 20.03.2007, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the said representation in accordance with the rules of the Corporation and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
