This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil disputes, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is the grievance of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent is interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent and that the 3rd respondent is calling the petitioner and his family members to the police station and forcing them to part their property with the 4th respondent.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:
"The 3rd respondent is directed not to interfere with any of the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. At the same time, this order will not stand in the way of the 3rd respondent to proceed with the investigation, if any case is registered against the petitioner for cognizable offence." There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
