Since both the criminal petitions arise out of one and the same crime, these petitions are heard together and being disposed of by this common order. The above Criminal Petitions are filed by the petitioners-accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to them in FIR No.533 of 2015 on the file of the Madhapur Police Station (Guttala), Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 447 and 188 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. Since the offences alleged against the petitioners-accused in the above crime are bailable in nature, the above Criminal Petitions are not maintainable.
