HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16150 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 & 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP No.14534 of 2019 on 16.07.2019 directing the petitioner therein to raise all his objections before the Grievance Redressal System under Clause-24 of the PSU Oil Marketing Company's Manual and on such objections being filed, the competent authority is directed to consider all his objections in terms of the regulations and take a decision. Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that no LOI was granted to the 3rd respondent or any other person.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in order dated 16.07.2019 in WP No.14534 of 2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to raise all his objections before the Grievance Redressal System under Clause-24 of the PSU Oil Marketing Company's Manual and on such objections being filed, the competent authority is directed to consider all his objections in terms of the regulations and take a decision. Till such time, LOI shall not be granted to the 3rd respondent or any third parties.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stands closed.
