It is stated by Sri Srinu Babu Naidu, learned counsel, that he has entered appearance on behalf of respondent

Nos.1 and 2 in this Revision Petition today. He states that his clients have no cause of action against the Revision Petitioners and that his clients would take steps to withdraw the suit O.S.No.3833 of 2010 on the file of the X Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, filed by his clients against all the defendants in the said suit. In view of the said submission of the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 that the suit itself would be withdrawn by the respondent Nos.1 and 2 against the petitioners herein, the order dt.20-02-2013 in I.A.No.1956 of 2012 in C.M.A.No.52 of 2012 of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad is set aside.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
