This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction on the part of respondents 2 and 3 in changing the Investigating Officer in Crime Nos.496 of 2019 and 743 of 2019 pending on the file of Rajendra Nagar Police Station, having received the representation, dated 13.07.2019, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that final report is filed in Crime No.743 of 2019 and charge sheet is filed in Crime No.496 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition can be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available in law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available in law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
