HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.5346 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in not providing protection to the petitioner and to his land admeasuring 5000 Sq.yds covered by Sy.No.131/1, 131/2 and of Gaddiannaram village, Saroornagar mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory in nature and pass....."

The 4th respondent filed counter affidavit stating that the dispute between petitioner and 5th respondent is purely civil in nature and the respondent police has nothing to do with it and hence no action was taken on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2013.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is dismissed by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in a suit filed for comprehensive reliefs. There shall no order as to costs.
