This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 25.01.2012, passed in Interlocutory Application No.486 of 2011 in Original Suit No.320 of 2007 by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, whereunder the petition filed under Section 115 and Order XLVII, Rule 1 CPC, to review the order passed by the learned Judge on 29.08.2011 in Interlocutory Application No.109 of 2011 by inserting the words, 'and the 3rd defendant is also entitled to recover possession of plaint schedule tenanted property jointly along with the plaintiffs and the other co-sharer Durga Annapurna in case a decree for eviction is granted against the 1st defendant/tenant', was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main suit was disposed of on 20.06.2012, therefore nothing to be adjudicated by this Court in this revision and the petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
