This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 to 4 seeking to relax the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jammalamadugu, while granting bail to them vide order dated 7.10.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1804 of 2015. Heard and perused the material available on record. While granting bail to the petitioners, the learned Magistrate directed them to appear before the S.H.O., Jammalamadugu (U) Police Station on every day between 10 a.m., and 12 noon till filing of the charge sheet. Now, this petition is filed seeking to relax the said condition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the above condition. The learned Public Prosecutor also informed that the petitioners are complying with the above condition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition imposed by the learned Magistrate is relaxed.
