JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 15679 OF 2017 O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) This writ petition is filed seeking writ of certiorari calling for records pertaining to O.A.No. 925 of 2017 and to quash or set aside the orders dated 10/4/2017 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal and to declare the action of the respondents in seeking to revert the applicant from the post of District Fire Officer inspite of the recommendations made in Proceedings Rc.No. 11817/Estb/2014 dated 23/3/2017 for creation of supernumerary posts as arbitrary, vindictive and violation of Articles 14, 16 and 31 of the Constitution and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Sri C. Srinivasa Baba, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
