This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of 4th respondent in calling the petitioners to police station at the behest of respondents 6 and 7 and threatening them to hand over possession of Ac.6-00 guntas of land in Sy.No.42 of Sabbidigudem Village, Narketpalli Mandal, Nalgonda District and forcing them to execute an agreement/undertaking in favour of respondent No.6.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating as under: " It is respectfully submitted that one G.Padma gave a complaint to the Station House Officer, Narketpallu on 15.7.2019 stating that on 5.7.2019 while he was ploughing in her land one Gaddaguti Paramesh, Gaddaguti Sataiah, Gaddugati Narasimha (who are petitioners in present writ petition) along with other came to her and obstructed her.

It is respectfully submitted that on receipt of above complaint GD entry was made and enquiry was done, during enquiry called the both the parties and after verifying documents, informed both the parties to approach concerned court as the matter is civil in nature.

It is respectfully submitted that with regard to allegations made by the petitioner that the 4th respondent illegally detained in police station is false and denied herewith, as the respondent No.4 never illegally detained the petitioners in the police station. It is submitted that the respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time."

But learned counsel for the petitioners says that respondent-police are interfering and pressurizing the petitioners to hand over the possession of subject land. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and unofficial respondents and not to pressurize them to settle civil disputes.
