THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITOIN No.16198 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioner contends that aggrieved by the order of the Tahsildar, Moinabad Mandal, dated 11.11.2013, refusing to mutate his name in the revenue records to an extent of Acs.3.38 guntas of land in Sy.No.217/E, Yenkepally Village, Moinabad Mandal, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella, under Section 5(B) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Lands and Pattedar Passbooks Act, 1971, which was numbered as A2/325/14 of 2014. Alleging that so far the appeal is not disposed of, this writ petition is filed. A copy of the appeal is also filed as Ex.P-2.

3. If the said appeal is still pending for consideration and so far no decision is made, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella, is directed to pass orders on the appeal preferred by the petitioner, after affording opportunity to the rival parties, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. If the appeal is already disposed of, the same shall be communicated to the parties.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
