HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16142 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantial relief: "... to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ and direct the respondents police authorities to act in accordance with law and forbear from involving them in any manner with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the 5th respondent with regard to the property bearing No.15269 in Sy.Nos.724 and 757 totally admeasuring about 3,658 sq yards situated at S.V.P Road, Rangampet, Hanamkonda Warangal Urban District (M/s Ekasila Hotel, Warangal) as the same is subject matter of adjudication in O.S.No.9 of 2018 on the file of the Il Additional Senior Civil Judge Warangal and pass such further or other orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

In view of the same and since no order of interim injunction with regard to the suit schedule property is in operation as on today, the respondents Police shall not interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.5 in relation to the suit schedule property. It is needless to observe that as and when injunction petition is taken up and any orders are passed therein, it is open for the parties to work out their remedies in accordance with law. However, this order will not prevent the police from investigating into any crime.

This Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
