HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 3162 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 & 3 in harassing and coercing the petitioner to settle the matter with the 4th respondent.

The third respondent filed a counter stating that pursuant to the complaint of the 4th respondent, a case in Crime No.47 of 2012 was registered and investigation is going on. The allegation that the second respondent is sending persons daily to the house of the petitioner and forcing the petitioner to appear before the second respondent to settle the issue was denied and the other allegation that the second respondent trying to force the petitioner to enter into the settlement with the 4th respondent was also denied. It is also stated that there are civil disputes between the parties.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition except directing the Police while investigating the crime shall follow the due process of law.
