HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16186 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed assailing the action of respondent No.2 in seizing the premises bearing No.42-610-5, Part of Plot No.71 (Part-B), admeasuring 120.35 square yards consisting of 2450 square feet built-up area, situated at Mehdi Jung Colony, Moula Ali, Malkajgiri, R.R.District, Hyderabad. Counter affidavit is filed on behalf of respondent-police stating that the seizure of subject property has already been lifted. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, regarding attachment of subject property is concerned, it is open for the petitioner to avail remedies available to her under law.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
