This application is filed by Sri T. Rajanikanth Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the main writ petition with liberty to approach this Court if need arises. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the W.P.M.P. is allowed.

Consequently, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
