THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10222 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.346 of 2015 of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet on 27.08.2015.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. However, closing of this criminal petition does not preclude the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
