Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
2. Petitioners claim that they are successors of late Chennamaneni Narayana Rao and Chennamaneni Rajeshwar Rao and they are joint owners and possessors of lands of an extent of Ac.0.08 gts., in Sy. No.261, an extent of Ac.0.12 gutnas in Sy.No.262 and an extent of Ac.1.07 gts., in Sy. No.97/AA situated at Sarampally Village, Thangallapalli Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District.
3. Petitioners claimed to have applied for mutation of their names in the revenue records by submitting Form VI-A application in physical form to the Tahsildar, Thangallapalli Mandal - 3rd respondent herein, and the 3rd respondent also acknowledged filing of such application. Petitioners now allege that the said application is not acted upon.
4. In peculiar facts of this case and since an application in Form VI-A was already submitted by the petitioners, though in physical form, and the same was also acknowledged by the 3rd respondent, the petitioners are directed to make payment of the required amount through online and obtain the receipt from the online web portal and submit the receipt to the 3rd respondent. Upon such submission, the 3rd respondent, without insisting for submission of any fresh application, receive and process the same and take appropriate decision by following the due procedure under the Andhra Pradesh Record of Rights in Lands and Pattedar Passbooks Act, 1971 and Rules made thereunder, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
