Respondent Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in the event of their arrest in FIR.No. 726 of 2015 under Sec. 498-A, 325, 315 r/w 34 of IPC and Sections 3,4,6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act of P.S. Jeedimetla, Cyberabad and the respondents police may be directed to release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in the above crime.
