ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dt.2.9.2015 with regard to unauthorised construction made by respondent No.5. After arguing the case, Mr. G. Gautam Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission to unconditionally withdraw the Writ Petition upon realising that the same is vexatious in nature.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.38378 of 2015 is dismissed as infructuous.
