HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16209 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of the 5th respondent in calling the petitioners to police station at the instance of the 6th respondent without disposing the representation dated 15-07-2019 made by them.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on receipt of complaint from the petitioners, GD entry was made and during enquiry both parties were called to police station and found that the matter is civil in nature. It is also stated that both parties were advised to approach the concerned Court, as the matter is civil in nature. But learned counsel for the petitioners says that dispute is pending between the petitioners and the 6th respondent. Though no injunction order is granted in the suit filed by the 6th respondent, the respondent-police are pressurizing the petitioners to settle civil dispute with the 6th respondent.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the 6th respondent and not to pressurize them to settle civil disputes with the 6th respondent.
