The Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents states that the vehicle in question has been produced and deposited before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Luxetipet as case property Sl.No.49 of 2018 in connection with Crime No.52 of 2018 on the file of Hajipur Police Station.

In view of the said submission, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Luxetipet for release of his vehicle.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
