When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27229 of 2010, dated 21-12-2012 and a copy of the same is also placed on record. Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition also stands disposed of, in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
