HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.6935 of 2015 O R D E R :

The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 & 2 in Crime No.165 of 2015 of Huzurnagar Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506 read with Section 34 I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

The earlier anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner Nos.1 and 2 - accused Nos.1 and 2 was dismissed by this Court.

There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner Nos.1 and 2 - accused Nos.1 and 2.
