Though the learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Chindam Anjaneyulu filed letter dated 31.10.2019 seeking permission to withdraw writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition, today in the court, on instructions, submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition without any liberty as sought for in his letter dated 31.10.2019. In view of the above submission, permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
