ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not granting monitory benefit under 'Agriculture Investment Support Scheme'

(Rythu Bandhu) though she submitted all relevant documents relating to ownership claim, 1-B certificate and pattadar passbooks and title deed in respect of land to an extent of Ac.2.39 guntas in survey No.297/30, situated at Chithaloor Village, Shaligouraram Mandal, Nalgonda District. 2.

The scheme of "Rythu Bandhu" was notified by the Government of Telangana vide G.O.Rt.No.231, Agriculture and Cooperation (Agri.III) Department, dated 04.04.2018. The said scheme envisages redressal mechanism for the ryoyts, who have grievances on implementation of the scheme. In paragraph 10 of the said scheme, monitoring committee is constituted to redress grievance in the form of District Collector at District Level and Assistant Director of Agriculture at Division Level. 3.

If the petitioner has any grievance in not granting money under "Rythu Bandhu" Scheme, she has to avail the remedy provided by the Government Orders. Therefore, petitioner is granted liberty to make an application ventilating her grievance to the District Level/Mandal Level monitoring committee, as the case may be, and on filing of the application, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of submission of the said application.
