WRIT PETITION No.6468 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in passing orders, dated 03.02.2015 videD.Dis.D1CS/5551/2014 by canceling authorization of F.P.Shop No.29 of Thatrakallu village, Vajrakarur mandal,Anantapur District as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same by directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the F.P. shop by supplying essential commodities.

It is agreed by both the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by common order, dated 07.04.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.5910, 5993, 6020, 6127 and 6563 of 2015.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said common order with the direction that the observations made therein shall be read as part of this order. The Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
