This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the official respondents in harassing the petitioner in collusion with the unofficial respondents No.6 to 8 and for a consequential direction to the official respondents not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.01.08.2019 wherein the allegation made by the petitioner that the respondents are interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner is denied. It is also stated that if the petitioner approaches the respondent police to provide police aid in respect of OS.No.52/2019, they will take necessary action as per law.
In view of the aforesaid written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. It is also open for the petitioner to file necessary application before the respondent police for implementation of the injunction order said to have been passed in favour of petitioner in IA.No.230/2019 in OS.No.52/2019, and
on such application being made the respondent police shall provide necessary police aid to the petitioner. No order as to costs.
