O R D E R
This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 4th respondent in regularizing the petitioner's property bearing Municipl H.No.6-3-1242/63, admeasuring sq.yards, consisting of ground plus two (2) floors situated at M.S.Maqta, Raj Bhavan Road, Hyderabad in favour of the 5th respondent vide Lr.No.C/77/2015BPLHYD150128022145, dated 23.05.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has remedy under G.O.Ms.No.58 Revenue (Assn.III) Department dated 30.12.2014.
Admittedly, petitioner has remedy under G.O.Ms.No.58, dated 30.12.2014 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader rightly pointed out the same.
In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the above said remedy. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
