HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4667 of 2018 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A6 under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.275 of 2017 on the file of the Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad, R.R. District.

During the course of arguments, the only prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the concerned police to submit a final report before the concerned Court at the earliest.

In the light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Station House Officer, Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad, R.R. District, is hereby directed to submit a final report before the concerned Court within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
