THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 176 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is being taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself. 2.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not disposing the Inam Case No.LR-Inam/ 3303/ 2012 inspite of repeated representations made by the petitioners requesting to dispose of the above case, as illegal and arbitrary.

By an order dated 04.06.2016, the Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate, Nizamabad, remanded the said case to Revenue Divisional Officer, Bodhan - respondent No.2, to take necessary action duly following the procedure prescribed under law. Thereafter, the petitioner made repeated representations to the second respondent seeking to decide the Case as per the available records, but till date no orders are passed.

Having regard to the above, the second respondent-RDO shall deal with Inam Case No.LR-Inam/ 3303/ 2012, which has been remanded pursuant to the orders passed by the Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate dated 04.06.2016 in case No.F1/ 3209/ 2012, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
