It is noticed that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.12.2015 none appeared on behalf of the petitioners, however, as a last chance, the matter is directed to be listed today under caption "for dismissal". Today also, when the matter is called in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon, present none for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf, even though the matter is listed under caption "for dismissal". Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
