THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8490 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 255 of 2013 on the file of Khammam II Town Police Station. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that after completing the investigation, the police have arrived at a finding that the dispute amongst the parties is 'civil in nature'.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
