THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO Writ Petition No.33447 of 2017 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri V.Sreenivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, Sri G.Ramachandra Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the A.P.Pollution Control Board, and Sri O.Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the 6th respondent, would agree that while the meeting was originally held on 07.10.2017, pursuant to the directions of this Court, another public meeting was held at the location of the project on 21.10.2017 and, consequently, the cause in the writ petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
