THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITOIN No.16204 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of land of an extent of Ac.1.13 gts., in Sy.No.252, situated at Ramsanpally Village, Andole Mandal, Sangareddy (Medak) District. The petitioner claims to have applied for conducting survey of his land. The application submitted by the petitioner was received and acknowledgment was issued by the T.S. online on 01.11.2017. Alleging that no further steps are taken for conduct of survey as requested, this writ petition is filed.

3. Copy of the receipt issued by T.S. online is enclosed at page No.11 of the writ petition paper book. If the application of the petitioner is already received and pending, and decision is not made on the request of the petitioner to conduct survey, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to take steps to conduct survey by putting on notice the persons likely to be affected by the said survey and conduct the survey in their presence. Since the application for conduct of survey is pending for almost two years, the exercise is to be completed expeditiously, possibly within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J August 01, 2019 KTL
