ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of the order, dated 30.03.2015, in I.A.No.630 of 2012 in O.S.No.19 of 2010 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District. At the hearing, Mr.R.K.Suri, learned counsel for the petitioner, has not disputed that against the order dismissing the application filed under Order IX Rule 13 C.P.C, his client has the remedy of an appeal under Order XLIII Rule 1(d) C.P.C.

Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.

As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.6811 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
