O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - police are interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and private respondent No.3, and also with his life and liberty, without any authority of law. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submit that respondent - police are not interfering with the civil dispute or with the life and liberty of the petitioner, as alleged.

Recording the above submission, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent No.3, or with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
